  • Hello Babs (

I am Brian, one of the Community Champions here on the Online Community. I have just noticed your post has gone unanswered, I can't answer it myself as I have a different cancer, however by me replying your post will be "bumped up" to the top of the page and I hope seen and answered by other members of the bone cancer group.

I wish you well moving forward on this new journey.

    Best wishes - Brian.

  • Hi  and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.

I’m Anne, one of the Community Champions here on the Online Community and, although I'm not a member of this group, I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. Responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list again.

I hope you don't mind me asking but is the bone cancer a new primary or is it a secondary from the breast cancer you've previously had. If the latter you might also want to join and post in the secondary breast cancer group.

If this is something that you'd like to do, just click on the link I've created and, once you've joined, you can start a new post in the same way as you did here and join in with existing conversations by clicking on 'reply'.

While you're waiting for replies, it would be great if you could put something about your diagnosis and treatment into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.

  • Hi

Waiting for results can be a really horrible time. We're all different but I try to continue with my normal routine and also spend time doing things I enjoy to keep my mind from dwelling on the 'what if's'. You might also find this article on how to ease worry when waiting for medical test results helpful.

I hope you don't have to wait too much longer but remember, no amount of worrying will change the outcome but it will ruin the present.

    Sending virtual ((hugs))
