Hi just wanted to say I had a grade 2 chrondsarcoma in my hip. Had a hip replacement with a pelvic reconstruction as well but in the process of the hip replacement, the surgeon accidentally broke my femur. Was doing well with my recovery, however my implant for infected i had to have a DAIR procedure with my quad muscle being moved into my abdomen to provide the implant with blood supply so the antibiotics c could help sort the infection out. Again was doing well, progressed to waking without aids and then twisted wrong or something and now my abdomen hurts, I also have scar tissue that's irritating the nerve that's in your groin and runs across and that get extremely painful. I've seen my consultant and there's an injection they can do to sort the nerve ou,t, but my tummy and back are just so sore.
Anyone else have this done and can help?
Thanks
