I’m due for cancer tests and have had gross haematuria as my only symptom but I am unsure wether gross haematuria will mean a higher grade cancer as I had a lot of blood in my urine when my GP tested it . I am also concerned as my urine flow is now a little low that maybe the gross haematuria was not an early symptom but a later one and it has spread outside the bladder walls. I know I should try and calm down and relax but I’m really struggling with the waiting game and haven’t slept much in the last week since I had the haematuria. I’m like a different person at the moment even though I have the best family ever.
Hi Bicyclegirl, its called Calm its on the iphone app store , i think it has a 7 day trial. I knew within 2 days it was helping me , so i paid the annual subscription. The most useful sessions i found were a 30day mindfullness course by Jeff Warren. I found it works for me, but i know others who havent clicked with it. I hope you find something that helps you.I was also told about one called headspace, but i never got round to trying it . Maybe check out the reviews and see what you think

Hi
I'm a big fan of mindfulness and mediation. I meditate daily after exercise and find it a great help in dealing with anxiety. You don't have to be religious etc to take part and there are many guided courses online e.g. YouTube that are free. I don't know about the Calm App, but it seems good.
