I never took the worrying into account, and not sleeping well the last few weeks into account

Yes you’ll be tired, listen to your body and remember to keep drinking. The scabs will start coming away soon and you’ll have some blood in your urine again, try not to worry about that, unless it feels raw again, then of course see the gp as you may have a urine infection xxx here if you need to talk xxx

Tired tired and more tired the anaesthetist said I need to start hill walking to help my lungs, did one the other day and still feel like I’m paying the price (I’m supposed to do half an hour of them each day-cornwalls very hilly). So I’m back in it today, just mustering up the strength xxx

I can just about manage 2,000 steps a day at the moment and most of that is to the bathroom and back to the bedroom 

Baby steps, one day at a time, if half an hour is too much for you start with 15 mins and increase by 5 mins every coupe of days, better to do some than none

Keep at it, you will get to the top of the mountain and enjoy the view

Just had heart scan- all clear. Had that all important phone call today, I’ve got my radical cystectomy with lymph nodes removal on Tuesday  kind of knocked me off balance, but glad it’s sooner rather than later xxx

Glad they have got you in quickly.Will you have someone that can help you for the first few days when you come home ? 

Yes, husbands mum is travelling from East Yorkshire to Cornwall to help out bless her xxx I’m worried about the paralytic ileus (I’ve got such a horrible fear of being sick) xxx
