Oh Nigel, you poor thing, I hope it passes quickly. Good luck with the scan, it might be an idea to let the CNS know that you are unwell today, as you are booked in for monday.

Afternoon all, feeling much better now… taken today off work..gonna have a nap…. Flu symptoms have gone…. Maybe it was the lack of sleep…..

sorry to hear your not so good I’m the same at the moment started with flu like symptoms yesterday and was not feeling great at all been at haydock with work today cheered me up abit would of been better if I would of picked any winners probably should of messaged Rily for some tips before hand as I reckon he would of had some for me anyway back to the point all the best with your upcoming appointments and hope all goes well and hope your feeling better soon
