I seem to be losing access to the forum and being asked constantly to sign in ( again ) after a few seconds, is this happening to others?

Please would you be able to send us an email to community@macmillan.org.uk, with some information about the kind of device and internet browser you are using to visit the Community?
If you're able to take screenshots of the page that shows when you're logged out, please could you send that to us? It might be helpful if the image includes the browser bar at the top showing the URL.
In the meantime, you might want to try using a different browser or device, if you have access to an alternative.
Please do get in touch and we'll be able to look into this further.
I'm using safari and apple iPad. Just applied updates, is this significant.
Hi WallyB I use safari and on an iPad. Also sometimes safari on a MacBook. But I do also have Firefox as a fall back because I found that some websites don't work well with Safari. Firefox was a free browser and it works fine for me.

You might find that some websites don't work quite as they should if your device or browser aren't updated to the latest version.
Please would you let us know if you still experience issues after updating? The best way to do this is to email us at community@macmillan.org.uk
Some people like using Google Chrome as an alternative browser on an Apple iPad.
