Hi
I have just been for my first 6 month cystoscopy after having 6 weekly mytosin sessions.
They noticed two red patches in my bladder and have given me antibiotics to take for one week .
They want to see me again in two weeks and then decide whether to do a rigid cystoscopy and biopsy ...has anyone else experienced this ? So stressed
Had my cystoscopy yesterday and they are not concerned as the patches seem more faded now .
They have scheduled me for three month check up and stressed that normally it would be six months and it's only because I have had so many reccurances it will be three .
So relieved, thank god
Hope you are all doing well and thank you all so much fo the support you have given me, it means the world .
Thank you.I’ll be indoors doing paperwork. My mum died in January and I’m still sorting her things out.She was a bit of a hoarder so there was loads of stuff.I have to sell her house which I live in so there is so much to do.I hope you and your dog can keep cool during this hot spell.Love Jane x
So pleased to hear your news Redboxer. Enjoy the next three worry-free months. I've had 4 reoccurrences since my first TURBT (2017) then last year into this I've had all clears for 12 months. I'm now on 6 monthly flexi cystoscopies, which feels like a promotion Sending love Hx
Hi Redboxer. It all sounds very positive. They send these things along to keep us on our toes. I hope all goes well going forward. Best wishes.
