Hi everyone,
I hope you don't mind me posting here today, my name is Rachel and I work as part of the Community team here at Macmillan. I just wanted to share with you all our latest Community News Blog which is a guest blog written by the 'Bladder cancer forum' member Veteranrunner.
Veteranrunner was diagnosed with bladder cancer last year and in today’s blog, he talks about what exercise means to him, and how keeping active during and after bladder cancer treatment helped him feel better and stay optimistic.
If you would like to read about his experience of life after bladder cancer treatment, please click here.
If you have any questions, or would like any more information about our Community News Blogs, please don't hesitate to get in touch by emailing community@macmillan.org.uk.
Kindest regards,
Rachel
