Hi Fab7  Sorry to hear you have had a recurrence. It must have been a blow, especially after an earlier all clear. Questions about red patches come up quite often on here and are common. In many cases, they turn out to be some type of inflammation caused by treatments, but only a biopsy will be able to tell for sure. Hope all goes well and you get an early date for your procedure. I had a flexi which showed a large red patch. They decided it was inflammation from the BCG which didn't need a biopsy. So, Fab7, I hope it is the same for you. All the best.

I haven't had any bcg just TURBT and one mitomycin  treatment  straight  after TURBT x

Just had my first 3 month check found 3 red patches and they took biopsies  got results yesterday all clear I was the same thinking the worst so posted about it on here and the advice was spot on these people are absolute diamonds good luck stay positive

Mr W has had 2 flexiscopes which showed red patches on both occasions it was nothing more than inflamation However it was scary dispite reassuring messages Hope all goes well xx
