My super amazing CNS phoned yesterday immediately after the MD team meeting to let me know biopsy results and advice. The titchy tumour removed at TURBT was low grade early stage, and the other two biopsies taken from different areas in the bladder were clear. So team united in recommending I carry on with the BCG. 3 doses due in January and last 3 in July when I will have had the full 27 doses as per the protocol. I was thrilled with the news (you'd think I'd won pools instead of more BCG) so couldn't post my news last night as too busy tucking into something chilled from my fridge and feeling jolly Seasons greetings to all hic!
Thanks for messages everyone, it has been a very pleasant weekend even though due to lockdown only me and the dogs bopping about and wagging our tails. Now back to sensible behaviour drinking loads of water and controlling the number of biscuits I eat. Hx
