Hi Sue. I've not come across anyone having this, but if you feel it may help, then try it. Just talking to someone face to face about your feelings may go a long way to ease your anxiety. Best wishes.

Hi Sue, If you have a Maggie’s centre near you try ringing them. They are open and the one I go to is doing a lot of online classes. I regularly do the relaxation class, it’s great and there is the opportunity to talk to other people with cancer.

The Wessex Cancer Trust operates a number of services including hypnotherapy on the IOW though has been closed since lock down. Might still be worth contacting them https://www.wessexcancer.org.uk/isle-of-wight
