Evening all, just checking in with you all…I’m doing great at the moment…im walking every other day.. im eating better..( apart from today) chocolate, jelly tots..
cooked a very nice prawn stir fry tonight…did my own sauce..came out very nice..
mentally I’m doing well also…I think because work is going well and I’m earning enough to not have any financial pressure..the anxiety is very very low…
also because work is going well, it gives me more time to cook healthy and spend quality time with Mrs Nigel and Leo….
BCG is just around the corner (March) so getting prepared for it now….

Hi Nigel,
Good to hear things are going well.
Prawn stir-fry sounds really good....I love seafood.
I've been a bit unhealthy today.. Visiting my son in Dalston (East London). Feeling very old.. every pub is rammed and full of young people.... Managed a couple of beers though.. back in the hotel now and my ears are ringing like I've been to a gig lol.. I'm definitely a country pub kinda person now.
Hope the good news continues for you matey.
Trevor
Thanks Angela.
I did really enjoy it, but honestly pretty much every pub was full to overflowing. So entered and then left....
Although managed to find a couple with an empty table, but they were still very loud.
Too offset my beer treats I did do over 18k step's walking around (went to a museum etc).
Think next time we visit it won't be a Saturday.
All the best.
Trevor
