Sunny and hot here today.Two more sets of house viewers have looked round this morning.They liked the house.I will get the full feedback next week.I still keep thinking about the house with the wild garden but if it’s a bad area for crime it is probably not a good idea.I think John was planning to message an old work colleague who knows that area to find out how safe it would be.My budget was already limited but now the house has been so drastically reduced it’s virtually impossible to find anything affordable.A garden was the only thing I wanted really.Love to all Jane xx

Thanks Garviv,This viewer was not even the lady who had fallen in love with it.The agent is chasing up that viewer today.It will be a huge weight lifted if I can get a sale soon.I’ve been stuck in limbo for over 3 and half years and I’m keen to move on.Is it cooler up there ? It’s a much better temperature here today.xx

Thanks Ade,I’ve just updated the solicitors they don’t seem able to retain staff there.This is the 3rd member of the team who has e mailed to say they no longer work there.I stayed with mum’s solicitors to make it easier but they have been taken over since mum last used them.xx
