Hi Garviv, I did 3 big walks last week more thani have done in a long time. I loved every second of it, sadly i am paying the price with the resurgence of covid symptoms . Its a nightmare at times but i cant let it win. I will just have to do 3 smaller walks when these symptoms pass off. Bobble hat might be ambitious but i will have a go. I have improved the badge on this first one and showed it to my brother who has placed an order hahaha . next year rodders we will be millionaires !

Glad you got some golf in, it is bitter cold outside. we wont mention last weeks footy for now, still licking the wounds but staying humble haha x

Yes I’ve got a portable electric fire that John lent me last year.He said I can keep it.It is annoying as I have another viewing tomorrow.xx

Hello everyone, been absent for a while, but have popped on here every now and then to catch up. Been for my 6 monthly contrast scan today of thorax, abdomen and pelvis, hope to get results at my 3 monthly cystoscopy 26th Feb. Seems check ups come round so quickly, am hoping to go to 6mths after April as will be 2 years since my op, and yearly hopefully for CT scans if all remain clear. Hope everyone is doing okay
