Hello Angela,  yes you have been quiet I do hope you are getting back to normal soon. SIL still waiting to see Consultant following her scan. Friday night is Beef Madras seared in Wok and simmering in the slow cooker for 4/5 hours served with boiled basmati rice with slivers of green and red chilli with a light dusting of cumin powder. Music TBA  but seriously looking at Turin Brakes or Villagers. Mrs Garviv and I plus friends went to a new Mediterranean restaurant last weekend. Usual Med food but special board included Parrot cooked in clay oven. I couldn’t resist. It was delicious but kept repeating on me! Chin up special friend. Garviv x
