Hi All. How is everyone doing? Anyone stuck indoors? Remember, this is a support group, and things don't always need to be medical. There is usually someone here if you just want a chat, a moan, or any stories. My wife has been stocking up on paint, so guess what I will be doing in the near future. Best wishes.
Hi Jean,Yes I have been so busy since my dear mum died in January.Mum spent her last year in a nursing home but before that we shared the house that now has to be sold.I’ll be sad to move but a more manageable place will be easier.I’m glad you have a garden to enjoy.I would have been lost without mine.Sitting outside with the tame robin and blackbird is lovely.I haven’t got any energy lately but hopefully doctor or urology can do some more tests and find out what is wrong.Jane x
I think if you have a garden you are so lucky, mine is my tranquil safe haven and I love it. To be outside with nature and your plants and tomatoes and everything is just the best. Hope you feel better soon Jane, do you think you might just be exhausted with all you have had to do with the house.
Yes,some of the exhaustion is due to the stress and the hard work of the last few months.I think there is an underlying problem though with my heart or lungs plus I am losing weight but eating well.
Sorry to hear that, do you have an appointment set up
I am going to E mail the health centre. There is a helpful nurse there who arranged my last scan.I have a phone appointment with the urologist on Tuesday.I was meant to have it months ago and had to chase it up as I had been forgotten.
OK that's good, bad you have had to chase it but seems like this is the NHS now lots of chasing up. Hope it all goes OK.
Thanks,I have put in a request to the health centre.I think it’s my heart as I have a long history of recurrent Pericarditis which has left some electrical abnormalities.Hopefully someone can listen to my heart/lungs.Unfortunately we don’t have the best health centre. All the good gp’s always leave after a short while.
