Hi all
I was diagnosed with bladder tumours on 23rd of this month and I have my MRI and CT on 31 of this month, Halloween no less
I have named my Tumours Bill and Ben although there are more, after Bill and Ben the Flower Pot Men, I loved that programme as a child. I have to maintain a sense of humour
I am so glad to have found this Group
Thank you so much x just getting over the shock of having to get up earlier than usual. Back laters x
Hi Inanna
I’m a newbie too and just a few days behind you having been dx’d on the Halloween. I’ve got a CT on Wednesday and then surgery and targeted chemo. It’s not my first brush with cancer. I was treated for breast cancer in 2010 but I’m told that this should be more straightforward. Have yet to name my squatters but no doubt will think of something suitably offensive!
So grateful to have found you and this group as I’m sure I will have hundreds of questions once I know exactly what we’re dealing with. Lots of love to you, keep laughing xx
Hi Kateh70, good to hear that you've got your CT so quickly, fingers crossed for you tomorrow. Best wishes x
Hi Kateh 70
We will definitely have to keep in touch and exchange notes
So glad to hear from you. I will be at the hospital on Wednesday too for my pre-op. There are a lot of new words I am learning too.
This Group is fantastic, knowing that there are a lot of wonderful people on it. Makes so much difference.
Keep in touch
Love Inanna xx
Thank you Harry
Love Inanna xx
