Hi all my cancer has spread to lymph nodes I gather, also just had a flexi after quite a lot of blood in urine. Am scared. Am on immunotherapy and seems to be doing the job, but still so scared. Have a scan coming up soon and always fear the worse.

  • Hi . Sorry hear it has spread to lymph nodes, but be aware, we have had people here with much more serious spread and have still come through it. It is normal to feel scared and we have all had some dark thoughts along the way. Is it BCG you are on and if so, blood is quite common. How did the flexi look? I hope all goes well with your scan to give you some good news to cheer you up. Always somebody about here if you just need to talk. It really helped me get through it. Best wishes.

    Best wishes to All,   rily.

My bladder cancer has also spread to the lymph nodes but also to the liver and lungs. However, after chemotherapy all the tumours have shrunk. Immunotherapy was not an option for me but I understand that it can work even better than chemo. Hope for the best from your scan. I certainly hope you have some good news to report.

hello Riley, thanks for the encouragement much appreciated. Had BCG's now on immunotherapy. Las two scans were good, another coming up soon. Guess will just have to get used to the whole rigmarole of it all.

Hearing from people like you is a great help many thanks!
