Had the results from a CT scan after several weeks on the Atlantis trial drug rucaparib. All tumours remain stable. Really pleased with this news.
Enjoyed our first holiday since starting chemotherapy. Had a great time and went for long walks every day.
Met a man who was collecting the same tablets for the first time. Will be good to have someone to share notes with. There appears to be no one else in the Atlantis trial on this site.
Hi . Good to hear you have had some positive news. Great to hear your holiday went well. It must have refreshed the batteries for you. I think you are right in saying there is no one else here on the Atlantis trial, so please keep us updated on how things progress. I am sure others will be interested in how the trial goes for future reference. Best wishes.
Fantastic news Richard, so glad you had a good holiday and well done for staying fit enough to go walking. I'm sure that level of fitness will help your treatments overall. I hadn't heard of the Atlantis trial but these new treatments appearing so frequently are really encouraging. Onwards and upwards eh? xx
Glad to hear that news Richard.
There's nothing like a good holiday to sort you out after treatment. I love a good walk, it gets rid of all the stress.
It's good to hear the experience of others on the same meds as yourself, it's amazing what you can discover.
Take care x
