I had the CT scan with contrast last Tuesday had a call on Thursday to say that it had not spread anywhere else it’s contained within the bladder so that’s a good start going in for TURBT on Tuesday next week at Guys Hospital
Hi . That sounds like some positive news. Easier to deal with these things if they are confined to the bladder without any other complications. Hope all goes well with your TURBT. Best wishes.
That's marvellous news Steve. Love hearing good news on a Monday morning...sets me up for the week :) I'm sure you will have a good urology team at such a revered old hospital. Fingers crossed for a nice clean sweep on Tuesday and positive biopsy results. x
That is good news Steve. Hope your treatment goes well. My cancer had spread but still responded well to chemotherapy. CT scans after third and ninth cycle showed all tumours have shrunk. Another scan recently showed things are stable. Amazing what they can do with modern treatments.
