Hi . Nice to hear from you again. Great to know your dad has had a clear camera. I see from your previous posts your dad has had BCG treatment. I have not had BCG, but I know inflammation following this treatment is quite common and is caused by the BCG. It is a redness similar to cystitis and if not causing any problems it usually settles down in time. Make sure dad drinks water regularly to help prevent any infection and to keep things flushed out.
