Good win for PNE & CITY .shame about Spurs for the hat trick . my walk was just what i needed Garviv, I had another one today, really trying to push through and get some fitness back. I love walking. Enjoy the long break Garviv, time to do loads of fun stuff xx

Morning Angela again, so glad you are enjoying your walks. I think exercise of the body and the mind is essential for wellbeing. I will be walking later on in the week chasing a little white ball round a golf course. Then look forward to strolling down the coastal path in Cyprus in April. Have you any holiday plans? Garviv
