Went for no.4 treatment today and mentioned that my eyes have been red and sore and suspected it could be the treatment. To be on the safe side ,as it’s a rare side effect of .the treatment, they did not give me the BcG treatment today. If it is a side effect they will not do it . Go again next Monday to discuss the next step so for now I am in limbo. Fortunately the small tumour was removed in October and the scan since then was cancer free. On the plus side I get to have Christmas free from the side effects.wondering if any one else has had this problem?
Hi Odin . Coincidently I have just replied to MarkinUS regarding the unusual side effects of BCG. We know the usual effects, but every now and again someone has something unusual away from the norm and your eye effect seems to be one of these. As you say, you can now have a worry free Christmas. Best wishes.
