Good morning to you all, What a difference a half decent nights sleep makes. I’ve woken up a different man, all my stress, ache and pains and worries have “done one” I’ve taken on board what the surgeon said, “the BCG seems to be working” and with the prostate, “Don’t worry” a nurse also relayed the same message to my wife which I thought was wonderful… saves me having to try and remember.. so positive thoughts from now on… until Thursday anyway , have my phone call on Friday hahaha… ( in regards the Kidney)
so massive love to you all, and thank you for your continued support. ( I’m sure you have guessed I do need a fair bit of reassurance)
and I’ve decided that I’m not going to be hard on myself with food and exercise…
A rambling Nigel xxxx
