Documents after Surveillance appointments

 Wel1979 . Hi Ste. I have received copies of all the meeting notes I have had with my doctors. Your consultant usually sends a copy to your GP and you are entitled to be copied in. Best wishes.

Hi Ste,

I get copies of letters from my consultants to my doctor.

These being biopsy results and when I complete a BCG course.

I can also see all these documents on the NHS app.

Yea that’s all I was wondering guys obviously as you’ve seen it was all clear for now and not back till next March but I want to keep all my care documented in paper form as well as on both my apps NHS and practice I’ve got a dedicated folder going I’m sure I’m not alone on that front hopefully I’ll see something this next week or two as we know they don’t rush unless it’s urgent news which is understandable

Yeah I have a folder for all my documents. Just in case HR need to see anything.

Getting quite thick with all the appointments, copy letters, discharge forms lol.

And just to Add everything upto Date had everything else in a timely manner apart from this normally seen something appear on the app by now but having said that my last write up took abit of time but with this being a surveillance appointment was just wondering do they bother obviously they do thanks Rily and Trevor

Yea thats the way I want to be heading nothing like that piece of paper or on screen to keep your mind where it needs to be wherever your upto on your path
