Hi Ebrc, my husband mainly found that he was tired for the rest of that day and the next. He does have continuing urgency some of the time, but I think this is as much to do with benign enlarged prostate, common to older gents [he was over 70 when the bc was discovered and is now 79]. Anyway he is glad he chose the Mitomycin as he has been clear for 5+ years, on 6 monthly checks that don't bother him at all, and still has full function.
