Hi team
Today has definitely been a better day, with more calmness. I have been doing some gentle exercise walking around the house and garden a few times. Stirred some pain but to be expected. Fingers crossed it's OK to remove my catheter on Wednesday. I know there will be more stress ahead but today I celebrate some progress. Thank you all for the support and patience so far.

Evening Jane, glad you’re doing ok, and getting stronger each day. It’s a rollercoaster ride so don’t get despondent if at some point you have a dip day, the up days are worth 2 of those.!!
keep going at your pace, will be so much better once the catheter is out…yay you’ll be able to sit down normally,.. it may just feel weird for a few days and take a couple of days for your bladder to feel in control of peeing again.
best wishes
