Hi Tweenies . You can never read anything in to the timings of appointments. It's all down to availability of consultants. I have found in many cases the doctors do not see results until you are with them. Best wishes.
My experience was that i got called in after 2 weeks for my urology consultant to tell me that he had jumped the gun as the MDT had not met to discuss the Scans and Biopsy. I was told i had 5 years plus to live. I then had another scan as i complained i had Sciatica type pain which i had the week after and it was a further 2 weeks when he called me to say they were going to take it back to the MDT for further diagnosis but i now had a realistic chance of survival of 2 years, the next was 3 weeks after when i had my first Oncology appointment to tell me it was T4B N0 M0 , and Chemo would start in the new year. So as others have said very hard to tell if its good or bad just by how quick they see you.
Hope this helps
