Hello
I've been booked in to start my first of six weekly treatments. I believe after the first six treatments are over, there is a break of x number of weeks before another biopsy is done to assess how successful (or otherwise) these initial treatments have been. My consultant did tell me, but I was so over the moon at the time having just been told by him that the MRI and CT scans had not only confirmed that my grade 3, stage 1, plus CIT bladder cancer WAS non invasive, but that no other part of me showed anything to worry about. Having been having nightmares about worse case scenarios for the three weeks since those scans, I wasn’t taking in all he was saying! So my query is:
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
