Hi all

Little update

So the results are that it is cancer and it is PT a grade 2 low grade.

So not in the muscle wall.

CT from before op showed that bladder wall was slightly thickened. So they have decided to do another turbt to get some more samples.

And then they will give me chemo in to bladder over 6 weeks.

Likely to have TURBT in next 4 to 6 weeks.

Overall I am happy that it is not agressive.

So outlook is looking promising.

Hi Tomsk,That sounds encouraging.Sometimes bladder wall thickening is due to inflammation.Best wishes for your TURBT and chemo.Jane

Hi Tomsk. That's good news in the great scheme of things. A follow up TURBT is fairly routine to double check and mop up anything they may have missed. Usually a lot less severe than the first. Best wishes going forward.

Thanks, first one wasn't too bad. So not too concerned and I know the process now. If anything it was the catheter that was the worst part for me! But it is what it is.
