Good morning from a very wet and windy Walton Le Dale. The old chocolate Labrador and I are drying off after our morning stroll. Well at last the Covid crisis is over according to the PM, we have got our freedom back and will all be able to exercise personal responsibility. Pity he didn’t. There was mention about vulnerable people being offered a 4th vaccine in the Spring- just in case.I used to get letters and emails about my vulnerability from Mr Hancock and Mr Jenrick ( what happened to them?) Does this mean I am going to be offered Covid 1V ?   Stay safe. Garviv

  • Hi Garviv,My partner John who is vulnerable due to his muscle disease is confused and concerned. He wonders whether he will be offered a 4th vaccination.I don’t feel much thought has been given to the vulnerable. They have been more or less shut indoors for the last 2 years.Best wishes Jane x

  • My husband (diagnosed with high risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer June 2021) was phoned by his surgery and offered a 4th jab in late January.   We know a few people with cancer who have already had their 4th jabs.  I think if you already had the "clinically vulnerable" letter then you will be contacted.  Our surgery must have been on the ball for a change!
