Once my bladder & prostate are removed, what happens to my penis? Does it become unused & shrivels up?
Hi Coojee. I've not had removal, so not the best to answer, but while you wait for someone experienced to come along, a few things I have picked up on here over the years. It's not always totally redundant. Erectile dysfunction is common, but in some cases can be treated. In cases, orgasms can be achieved. A lot depends on nerve sparing and the expertise of your surgeon. Best wishes.
