Has anyone had acupuncture treatment for neuropathy.
I finished carbotaxol at the end of August and I only had slight numbness in my toes. Since then what I understand is the 'coasting' effect my feet have been in agonising pain and I can hardly walk. My gp has prescribed pregabilin which hasn't kicked in yet. As I can't have duloxetine.
I have heard good reports of acupunture which is only available privately but they need a doctors letter to begin treatment. So I am having to wait for that as that has to be paid for and takes 2 to 3 weeks to be sent!!
Has anyone any tips on how to control the horrible aching pain?
