Hi and welcome to this corner of the Community.

Goid to hear that you and your wife was able to think out of the box when you could get any answers - did you not get the number for the chemo help line - ask your team.

I have another type of blood cancer but if you put down the name of the treatment you are having someone may be able to help you put.

There are a number who post with MDS so let’s look for them to come along.

The hospital have not been very forthcoming doing anything 

Even the basics seem to be hard too get

IIts a struggle as they have moved the whole department to another hospital

I am going there today for the first time ,hoping things will improve

As i was sort of diagnosed last october and not even assigned a primary nurse as yet 

So make sure you get some clear answers to your questions as this will turn the noise down in your head.
