Hi
I am due my last chemo treatment for ovarian cancer next week, and have been given the OK to go to New Zealand to visit my son and granddaughter.
I know that I am going to be hit hard for the cost of travel insurance, if I can indeed get insured.
Has anyone any experience or have been successful in getting long haul travel insurance please/
Best wishes
Hi, was advised to try my bank after my cancer ops as we wanted to go to the states and was really surprised at the cost with nationwide. It was £13 per month for worldwide and we also got cover for our phones, iPads and computers plus breakdown cover for our cars. We did have to pay additional yearly fee of £40 for my husbands high blood pressure but nothing for my cancer which I am on 6 monthly checks for. Monthly price is now £18 per month as just gone up. Hope this helps.
