Hi. This is the first time I've posted. My wife has been diagnosed with lung cancer. This is her third unrelated cancer since 1997. We have always been able to find travel insurance. This time we are going to Corfu for 7 days and so far I've been quoted between £1000 and £1500. We were at the hospital yesterday and the clinical specialist who deals only with lung cancer patients said their patients were always travelling and one had got insurance from SAGA for £60 recently. I am at my wit's end. At the moment my wife is able to travel and this may have been the last visit to Corfu to see people she knows there. Can anyone recommend a company who has a realistic approach to travel insurance?
Hi Thanks for this. I have tried their online quote and they won't even quote me. My wife has had three types of cancer since 1997 with lung being the latest. None of them are related. We are only going to Corfu for 7 days and have been quoted between £1000 and £1500. Before the lung cancer we would have got single trip insurance for under £100. Thanks for your reply.
I will try them . My wife has had 3 unrelated cancers since 1997 with lung diagnosed last year. Previous to lung diagnosis we could get sing trip for under £100. I am being quoted between £1000 and £1500 now for seven days. But I will try them. Thanks for your reply.
