I have just noticed your post. I have a joint annual worldwide policy with Insurewith - I am a Prostate Cancer patient living with the cancer on a "curative pathway". I found their price to be great and the sales service good too.
I can't (and hope I don't) comment on their dealing with any claim!!

I haven't used this company but if you type their name into the search bar it will bring up lots of posts which mention them.
Companies I have used are payingtoomuch.com and goodtogoinsurance.com
