I was recently diagnosed with Early Oesophagal cancer.
I'm going on holiday next month where I'll be undertaking winter sports activities. I haven't started any treatment yet (will be starting chemo after my holiday). I'm struggling to find a provider who will insure me - I've called a few companies listed on Money Helper but they won't cover me as I haven't started treatment yet.
Is anyone able to recommend some insurers please?

I'm sorry to read that you've recently been diagnosed with oesophageal cancer and a holiday before treatment starts sounds like a great idea. Unfortunately, as you've found, it can be harder to find travel insurance when you've had a cancer diagnosis and I presume the provider you took out insurance with when you booked your holiday is no longer prepared to cover you.
Have you had chance to look through the 'recommended travel insurance' thread yet as that's where you'll find previously recommended insurance companies? If not, do take a look through as there are lots of recommendations from people who've successfully got reasonably priced insurance. As there are lots of suggestions, it's probably best to make a list before starting to phone around.
It's usually best to phone the companies rather than do the quote online quotes as sometimes you can get to the end of a lengthy online quote only to be told that you need to ring the company before they can give you a quote anyway.
