Travel insurance for stage 3c melanoma

Hi all,

I currently have stage 3C melanoma and I am looking at getting travel insurance to Germany at the end of the month and I am currently getting no luck with online quotes and they say to ring for a quote.

I was wondering if this is the best way or does people know any providers that specialise in cancer patients.
