I’m going to Curaçao in March, Carribean island. Got two quotes: one over £2,700 from All Clear and a second one from GoodtoGo for £1,358.50. As I still have cancer and it’s Carribean I didn’t think that was too bad so went with the cheaper quote. Hope you find an insurance solution.
