I'm sorry to hear that you're still having trouble finding travel insurance. Unfortunately, as you've found, it can be more difficult to find travel insurance when you have cancer.
Did you take a look through the member's stories thread which I linked you to a few weeks ago as it's where the majority of recommendations from other forum members are. If not that would be a great place to start, although there might not be specific references to insurance companies that specialise in covering people with brain tumours just cancer in general.
