Thanks for your recommendation although I'm sorry to hear that their customer service isn't good. Was this when you needed to claim or when you were getting a quote? 

No when receiving a quote just very robotic, matter of fact, process driven and not a very nice experience.

Just wanted to add to this thread. I had endometrial cancer and have just managed to get Travel Insurance with Holidaysafe.co.uk. It wasn't cheap but it was the cheapest I've come across so far.
