  • Hello

We've "spoken" before and I am so sorry to read your latest post - I can do nothing but offer you my support at this time - if you want to chat I am here - if you want to vent I am here.

Is there anything I or Macmillan can do for you - I know I suggested you ring the Support line - that's there for you on 0808 808 00 00 (8am to 8pm 7 days a week). Please do give them a call - they can help.

Your wife isn't the only one to refuse treatment this week - one of my Community members on the Prostate group has also refused treatment and in an effort to make him understand his circumstances someone has posted this link:

The Parable of The Drowning Man

It's a long shot  - but try asking your wife to read it or read it to her - you never know it might work.

I am not in your shoes - but here for you - putting your feeling down in words is one of the best ways to get your feelings out of your system - so you know where to come.

    Best wishes - Brian.
