I know I should be grateful each day and I'm usually but today just feels daunting for some reason... just wanted to scream for a minute.. sorry..
Don’t be sorry, it’s good to let out your frustrations….. but at the same time look at turning the frustration into motivation to keep your head space in as good a place as you can….. as stress and anxiety can actually drain our energy and make navigating what ever the journey looks like in the future that harder to handle ((hugs))
Thank you I'm trying last week I felt at peace and all of sudden yesterday afternoon the peacefulness went away and I became a bit on edge... a hug from the big man up above would be so uplifting right now..
The hugs are always there we just need to accept them and they will manifest in many ways ((hugs))
