When the NHS gets it right, it's brilliant- as it has been for me over the years. But when things go wrong, it's absolutely rubbish.

I haven’t seen it but I can imagine. I’m so glad I get my cancer care at a major teaching hospital as things seem to work much better there. My local district hospital is quite scary. Whenever I have to go there I put on my boxing gloves.
