He had a tumour removed two years ago in june, successful but some lymph nodes were infected. He's been on chemo since. First set worked, was brutal though. By scan showed infection spread to abdomen and a little in the chest. Change of chemo, didn't work.
Third set of chemo started. Oncologist said life was reduced to months, not 48 but possibly 24. Such a shock. I cried for 3 days straight! I have several good friends who listen and let me cry.
I'm pulling paperwork together, so hard. Married for 43 years. Not going to make 50
It must be an incredibly hard time for you right now Sassysue but it's good to read that you have good friends who are happy to listen to you.
