I'm sorry to hear that your husband has been in pain over the weekend. How is he now?

If he's still in pain I'd recommend that you call his CNS and ask her advice. His team should be able to arrange painkillers for him. Let me know how you get on if you need to speak to her.

He is on 7.5mls 4 times a day and he is 40mg morphine tablets 2 one in the morning and one in evening 

He has ct scan to be done before the 17th April as he see his cancer consultant on that day 

I'm afraid I don't know anything about pain medication but if he's still in pain I wouldn't leave it until he sees his oncologist on the 17th April as that's over two months away.
