Reading these posts about feeling weak, breaking down daily (in a corner by myself) thinking i must be the only one to feel this way whilst trying to function normally. Clearly this is not unusual. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in September. He has had his chemo postponed as he has become very breathless and everyday activity is, some days worse than others, difficult. We are hoping that this is a temporary set back. Sometimes he gets angry, so do i. He is 67.
My heart goes out to everyone in this situation. It is a very cruel and unpleasant journey.

Hi and a very warm welcome to the online community although I'm sorry you've had to find us.
I haven't been in your position, as I was the one with cancer, but I can understand how hard it must be for both you and your husband at the moment. Hopefully, you'll find the sharing of experiences and the support from other members of this group comforting.
If you ever feel that you'd benefit from taking to someone then I'd recommend giving the Macmillan Support Line a call on 0808 808 0000. It's free to call and there's someone available daily from 8am to 8pm.
Sending a supportive (((hug)))
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
