Hi Edithplug1 and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I'm sorry to read that radiotherapy has left you with lymphoedema which must be very distressing for you.
As you know, the online community is divided up into different support groups so I'm going to suggest that you also join and post in the lymphoedema group as you'll then connect directly with people who also have this. I'm sure people there will have had similar options to you and will be able to share their experiences with you.
If you'd like to join the group, just click on the link I've created which will take you straight there. Once you've joined you can then start a new post in the same way as you did here.
Wishing you all the best with whatever you decide to do.
