Hi
Although I haven't had radiotherapy I was passing and noticed that your post had gone unanswered. You might like to take a look at this information from Cancer Research UK about tiredness from radiotherapy as it gives tips for saving or boosting energy.
Looking at your profile I see that your wife has secondary breast cancer so it might be a good idea to join that group so that you can share experiences with others who will understand what your wife is experiencing. I have also found this information for you from Macmillan which explains about the side effects of radiotherapy for brain tumours.
If you want to join the secondary breast cancer group just click on the link I've created and then choose 'join this group' on the page that opens. I noticed that you have joined the secondary brain tumours group and that would be another group where you could ask these sort of questions in.
It's also important to let the team that are looking after your wife know the problems she's having swallowing water so that they can help.
